Identifying & Valuing Vintage Gold Bracelets with 'PC Co.' Stamps
QuestionI inherited a gold bracelet that is at least 50 years old. It has a stamp of PC Co.. Just want to know what this means and some origin and value. It is a formed bracelet that has a hinge and a button release. The decorated side has flowers and filigree etched onto it. Thankyou Reno
AnswerHello Reno and thank you for your inquiry. The only PC Co I can locate is written P & C. It represents Palmer & Capron of Providence, R.I. Their jewelry line was in the early part of the century and they went to rings as a specialty in 1923. There was no mention of any other jewelry line. Your bracelet sounds like it may be a bit newer than this. There was another jewelry company P. Craft that is a possibility. Below is a url where you can find more information on them. Just copy and paste it into your browser address field and hit enter.

My only other suggestion is to browse some of the sites or online auctions such as ebay.com for "bracelets" and giving some detail. You may be able to find something similar. Hope this helps and good luck !
