Identifying a Vintage Walt Disney Productions Mickey & Minnie Bracelet

I have obtained a bracelet marked Walt Disney Productions. It is a heart with Mickey on one side and Minnie on the other. The Bracelet is thick and chuncky as is the heart. Can you tell me anything about it. I also forgot to mention that Mickey and Minnie have bubble eyes if that helps any.
