THE 925 STAMP SIGNIFIES STERLING SILVER. ALL THE OTHER FACTS REALLY DON'T IDENTIFY THE MAKER BESIDES 20 YEARS AGO WE ALL MADE SILVER JEWELRY LIKE THIS SO IT COULD BE ANYONE OR ANY COMPANY. THERE IS REALLY NO TELLING WHO MSDE THIS PIECE, SORRY.
