Decoding MWS Mark on Sterling Silver Jewelry: What Does It Mean?

I have a bear necklace pendant. I have had it for years and i believe i got it from my great grandmother. The bear is holding a heart (i don't even know if its real) My real question is the markings on the back. One being 925, which means sterling silver but the marking MWS i can not find any wheres. Do you know any information on the marking MWS?

MWS could either mean the manufacturer's mark or the origin country. It is usually present in vintage sterling silver jewelry.
