F.M. Co. Silver Locket: Value, Age & Sterling Silver Identification

I recently purchased a silver locket it is octagon shaped it says fm co on both inner rings of the locket it still has the original plastic coverings along with the rings. The only hallmark on the locket are on the rings themselves. I was wondering about how old this piece is about how much this piece is worth and if indeed the whole locket is sterling silver. or if its just the rings that are silver and what could the purity be it also has scratches but I am guessing that it is due to wear nothing more.I would appreciate it if you could answer anyone of my questions thank you so much jeanette

PLEASE SEND A PICTURE TO ME SO I CAN SEE THE LOCKET. USUALLY THE INNER RINGS WILL HAVE THE QUALITY STAMP ON THEM FOR THE WHOLE PIECE. IF IT SAYS STERLING THEN IT IS 95% silver other quality marks are 90% and .999 fine. but a picture would help to : plumetta@aol.com.
