Thanks for the photos, however the focus is off and I honestly cannot see the stones very well. WhatI csan say is the settings appear to be sterling silver: Look for the mark "sterling" or 925 on the rings to see if silver. Diamonds of that size simply would not be set in sterling, at least, not in 99.9% of the time!

The look of the gems does not show the reflective qualities of diamonds, even if out of focus, appearing more like a simulated diamond such as glass, CZ or other manmade simulant.

The only way to really know is have a jeweler look at the stones and let you know.
