Identifying Peruzzi Silver: Hallmarks & Authenticity

I am considering purchase of an item which the seller is not sure if its sterling. some of the hallmarks are partly illegible but there is one with a shield-divided in 4 part like a cross with a 5 pointed crown on top.It also says p-29 peruzzi and numbers 120(stamped seperately) and what looks like iro( one letter illegible) curved with illegible symbol.thats thebest I can describe it.
