Identifying Gold-Filled Watch Straps: Maker & Value Info

hi i have a mesh watch strap stamped goldor with a square block with 4 squares inside initials jm in 2 of the squares and star like shapes in other 2 squares the strap looks like gold so can you give me any info on this also makers name age if possible thank you

Hi Bill, I don ot beleive the strap is a karat gold purity but probably gold filled in nature. Best bet is to take it to you local jeweler and they can test it. Inderterminate on ID of the maker.  Let's hopee I'm wrong fo your sake. LOL.
