Understanding the 777 Stamp on Your Silver Jewelry

My jewellry which is siver has 777 stamped on them what does this mean?

The mark 777 does not fit any conventional mark for silver jewelry.  It is possible the mark is a makers identification stamp.  Other than that, I would not begin to guess.  A jeweler who can hold and see the silver items would more readily be able to tell you.  If the items are sterling, the proper mark for sterling or the numerical 925 should be on the jewelry.
