Value of Vintage Sterling Silver K Pendant with Symbol

I recently found this K pendant in a next door neighbors trash he was throwing out due to relocating. On the back of this pendant there is a symbol of some kind and to the right of it it says Vintage Sterling. I would love to know does it have any value.
