He should treat her with love and respect, and treat her as you'd like to be treated.  Always communicate with her about what you're feeling and thinking.  Communication is key to having a happy, healthy and successful marriage.  Everyone has their moments in life and in marriage, it's how you agree to work through it and try to resolve any problem or issue that arises along the way.  I hope this helps you some.
