ANSWER: This is really outside my expertise, but I will give it a shot.
If your girlfriend has PCOS and is drinking large amounts of regular pepsi, the sugar in the soda could effect her if she is insulin resistent. If you are currently trying to get pregnant, consuming high amounts of caffeine has been linked to infertility and miscarriage in some studies. The most recent study that was released suggests no more than one cup of caffeine containing food or drinks for women who are pregnant or are trying to conceive. However, I dont know that your girlfriend has PCOS, so its just a guess on my part. Whether or not consuming Pepsi has any effect on a normal fertile person- I dont honestly know.
Its not uncommon for a woman to have periods that are not exactly 21-28 days apart. However, if they are extremely irregular, I highly recommend seeing a OB/GYN.

QUESTION: ok thanks a lot ,, but her period varies, like one month it may be after 28 days and the other might be 26 and this month 33 ! but this is the first time this happens,,should we be concerned ?
and please can you kindly explain to me the exact meaning of PCOS ??
sometimes she scratches her breasts because sometimes reb spots appear
should we be concerned ?? please we are very worried
AnswerPCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
I wouldnt be too concerned with a few cycles that the days vary on. However, if her periods stop happening, or become more erratic I would take her to see a OB/GYN. As far as the red spots and itching, that could simply be an allergy to the laundry detergent or bath soap you are using. I would try a hypoallergenic laundry soap and mild body soap for bathing and see if the itching and red spots stops.
