QuestionOnce again, i want to say thank you for everything. Hope am not bothering you with my problems. Dr. i saw my menses on 31st of this month and its very heavy with sereve crampy pains,it was pouring like water, then when i went to the bathroom to wash off, i felt some thing coming out of me, Dr. really dont know what to call it,it was in lump, big and thick and covered with blood.Dr. i havent seen this before,it making me worrried and i havent been myself. Please its the heavy, crampy pains , and the lump normal. plz, i need answeers. Thank you Dr.

sometimes some bloodclots remain in the uterus.
At the time of the menstruation these are driven out. As the connection with the vagina is
tiny, the uterus needs much force to get these clots out. This causes the cramps.
The uterus cleans itself always.
I think this will not happen again. So no worry.
The bleeding also quickly gets less.
