AnswerDiflucan (fluconazole) is a synthetic triaxzole antifungal agent. In studies with pregnant rabbits, abortions were noted at a dose twenty to sixty times the recommended human dose but no fetal anomalies. However, although the data are very limited, the use of Diflucan during the first trmester appears to be teratogenic with continuous daily doses of 400 mg per day or more. The published experience with the use of smaller doses, such as those prescribed for vaginal fungal infections, suggests that the risk for adverse outcomes is low, if it exists at all. Since you used Diflucan twice and it was a small dose of only 150mg each week, I think you have nothing to worry about.
