Irregular Bleeding & Fertility Concerns: Seeking Information

Age: 26   No Children
1st Day of Last Menstrual Period: March 15
my cycle is between 33 and 36 days long...
the past 2 months i have had bleeding in the middle of my cycle..last month it lasted for about 4 days...this cycle it just started last night...it is dark blood...it is very very light bleeding to spotting...
my husband and i have not used birth control since we got married last July...but have had no luck with pregnancy...i am afraid something is wrong with me, and am planning to go to my doctor...any thoughts or suggestions on why this might be happening would be apppreciated?

I would go ahead to my doctor and find out what is going on complete with a physical, ultrasound and hormonal studies. Breakthru bleeding is usually hormonal but in order to know hormonal studies need to be done. Let me know what they find out. Also remember to tell him you have been trying to get pregnant for a year. Also this maybe the time to do sperm count studies on your hubby so take him along too.
