Pregnancy Possibility Without Ovulation: Understanding Early Symptoms & Test Accuracy

Is it possible if I wasn't ovulating to get pregnant? I am not late on my period but my boyfriend was feeling nausitated evey morning and made me think if I was pregnant. I took 3 pregnancy tests and they all were positive. I don't kno maybe I am still in denial. It has only been 2 weeks since we had unprotected sex. Can those tests be accurate?

Hello Denise. How can your boyfriend being nauseated relate to you being pregnant- I don't understand? If you took 3 tests that say that you ARE pregnant- you better believe them, they are quite accurate. However, I'm not sure that that is what you meant to say- is it? Knowing exactly WHEN you are ovulating is a very tricky thing- only if you have been charting your signs of ovulation for several months will you have an accurate idea of when you are ovulating.
