is it normal for women 45 years to get pregant or its not normal also how can my wife have a lot of kids but maintain her figure

There is not standard answer for this.  Some women can have babies that age while others are already starting to have changes that won't allow it.
The same with the figure, some women you would not believe they have children while others never look the same again.
