I am confused about when to take off the patch. I know after 3 weeks I take it off for one week (this is what my OB said). So, for example, if I put a new patch on every Sunday morning at 10:00am, would this be the same day and time that I need to remove the patch? Or would I remove it Saturday? Would I be removing the patch on the same day that I normally change it out? Thank you!
AnswerOn the first Sunday, put on the patch. The next Sunday, take off one patch and replace it with another patch. Do the same thing on the next Sunday. The following Sunday, remove the patch and wait a week and start the process all over again. It is not critical as to the time of the day that you remove the patch. Yes,you remove the patch on the same day that you usually attach it.
