AnswerNo signs of any cancer is found anywhere. No surgery needed. If you want the diagnosis confirmed by a pathologist demand an ultrasound guided needle biopsy of the lesion seen in the left breast's upper outer part which according to both the mammogram and the ultrasound looks like a non dangerous fibroadenoma. Good luck!
