If you have a normal 28 day cycle (from the first day of your period until the first day of your next period) ovulation occurs on cycle day #14. YOu can ONLY conceive if you have sex on cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16 each month. If your last period started on January 11, you would have ovulated on January 24 and could only have become pregnant if you had sex on January 23,24,25, or 26. You can purchase an ovulation predictor kit from the pharmacy to help pinpoint the exact day of ovulation.

If your last period started on January 11, you are due for your next period around February 7. Therefore, you should concentrate on having sex on February 19,20,21,and 22.

Answer
I did not say that you should have intercourse continuously. However, the ONLY days on which you can conceive are on cycle day #13,14,15, or 16 each month. Try having intercourse every other day from cycle day #13-16. This month, try having sex on February 19,21, and 22. Those are the only days you will be fertile. (YOu can continue to have sex after then as you wish).
