Post-Depo Cycle Irregularities & Potential Pregnancy - Seeking Information
Questioni am 25 years old three children 4,2/ 1/2 , and 1 I took the depo for about 5 months and have been off it for 8 months. My last period was nov 9 when i started and ended on the 11.Me and my feancee' had sex the night of the 11 and three nights after that without pertiction. For about two weeks now i have been getting sick in the morning i am very moody i am tired no matter how much rest i get,i am alway hungry as well as craving food that i would not usually eat.I am worried that i may be pregnate yet happy about it too, the biggest part of my worries is tell daddy he has another on the way,cause he tends to pass out...please help me...

AnswerIf your last period started on November 9, it is very doubtful that you could have conceived on November 11 (cycle day #3). Normally, if you have a normal 28 day cycle (from the first day of your period until the first day of your next period) ovulation occurs on cycle day #14. You can only become pregnant if you have unprotected sex on cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16. Ovulation does not occur on the third day of your period so I doubt you conceived on November 11. If you have any doubts, take a pregnancy test seven days after you miss your next period.
