Answer
Up until 15 weeks gestation, you can, as you know, suffer from morning sickness. Try eating many tiny meals throughout the day. Avoid greasy foods, fatty foods, soup, or dairy products. If you are losing more than 5 lbs per week, you may have to be admitted to the hospital for hydration and hyperalimentation. Some women suffer from "hyperemesis gravidarum" which is severe vomiting and nausea of pregnancy. Your doctor can tell if this is what you have by checking to see if you are spilling ketones in your urine. If you are dizzy and tired you may also be suffering from anemia. If you feel that ill, check with your obstetrician before the end of the month.
