Fluid Leakage in Early Pregnancy: Causes & What to Do

Hi, I am 9 weeks 3 days into my first pregnancy - LMP July 25. The last two mornings, I have leaked some kind of fluid. The first morning, I woke up and my underwear was wet, and it was the same the next two times I visited the toilet.  Then last night I woke up with wet underwear again.  It is completely different from when you sneeze and a little urine comes out, there is no pressure and the smell is different (kind of like sweet egg white).  Also, it dries differently to urine, a little like semen dries. What would this be?  Could it be a leakage of amniotic fluid?  An ultrasound two days ago showed the baby to be fine.

At 9 weeks gestaton, it is very doubtful that you have any amniotic fluid to come out, yet. The fluid is probably urine, due to the pressure on your bladder by the growing uterus. If you have any doubt, call your obstetrician. If the sonogram showed adequate fluid and a viable baby, you are probably fine.
