QuestionHello I'm 21 and I have to girls 5 & 2 years old the day of my period was the 1st of April. I have to questions the first is I started bleeding on the 1st about 2am by 8am it had totally stoped and it didn't start again until the next day about 6am then it stop around 11am and didn't get it till the next day the 3rd of April and it didn't stop until the 11th . So would I say my period started on the 1st or the 3rd?
My second question is I had unprotected sex with my husband today the 18th of April what are my chances of getting pregnant?

AnswerYour period started on April 1, even if it lasted only a short time or came and went for a few days. If you have a normal 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs on cycle day #14. You could conceive if you have sex on cycle day #13,14,15, or 16. So if your last period started on April 1, you probably ovulated on April 14 and could have conceived if you had unprotected sex on April 13,14,15, or 16. I doubt that you conceived on Aprl 18 unless your cycle is longer than 28 days.
