Answer
If your last period started on March 28, you probably ovulated around April 10 and conceived if you had sex on April 9,10,11, or 12. You are now around 5 weeks pregnant. The operation would not have any effect on the pregnancy, nor would the general anesthesia you had. The conization may have some effect on the length of the cervix, so I would suggest that you have a sonogram in mid pregnancy to assess cervical length. The cervix should be longer than 3-4cm in length. Although we do not recommend Difluycan during pregnancy, the one dose that you took will not cause any problems. Don't worry. I would wait two weeks before taking a sonogram. By then, you should see a fetus and a fetal heartbeat. Good luck.
