Delayed Period & Negative Pregnancy Test: Understanding Your Situation

I am 25 (26 in Jul). I have no kids and the F-LMP was 19 Mar 06.  I haven't had a period yet however I don't have any symptoms. I had sex March 17-19 and no prior sex before that in about 2 months.  I have taken several pregnancy test(serum and urine). I also did the quan. in the lab and my hCG level was zero.  Does this mean I have a high chance of not being pregnant?...

You are defiinitely not pregnant, especially with a negative Beta hCG and the fact that you have not had sex since your last period. You probably have some hormonal imbalance. If you do not get your period in May, ask your gynecologist to induce your period for you.
