Yes, I have heard that "trying too much" can lower the man's sperm count and therefore make conception harder.

I don't know if this is  true, but I have heard of this a lot.

what I have heard is that it is best to try every other day during the peak fertile times, but again,I do not know if this is a proven thing or is just an old wive's tale.
