Early Pregnancy Fetal Heart Rate & Ovarian Cysts: What to Expect

Question
The date of my last period was May 5th, 2006.
I had my first prenatal visit yesterday 6/26.  The Dr did a vaginal ultrasound.  Everything looked ok, but I found out that the fetal heartrate was 102 bpm.  The Dr said that this was normal, in early pregnancy.  She then went on to tell me that I have a cyst on each ovary, and that I have some bleeding behind the placenta.  My question is 1) should I be worried, and 2) is the fetal heartrate normal?  I am scheduled for another ultrasound on 7/12, but I am so stressed.  I'm trying to stay calm, and answers you have will be appreciated.  I do have one child, I had bleeding around the same time with him, and went on to have a healthy child.  They did not, however, tell me the fetal heartrate with him, and I didn't have the other problems either.  Thanks for your help!

Answer
It is not unusual to have large fluctuations of fetal heartbeat in early pregnancy. Repeat a   heartbeat in 4 weeksrr. At the same time, have a sonogram.

It is common to develop  "corpus luteum cysts" on  your ovaries. These cysts   help support the uterus until the placenta is formed. The bleeding will  not cause any harm to the pregnancy and will disipate on it s own within a few weeks. Don't worry.
