Post-Abortion Period: What to Expect & When to Worry

how long after you get an abortion that your period should come. I got an abortion on 7.18 and i haven't recieced my period yet i thought i should have received it by now. acn you please help me i am womdering if everything is okay.

it can take a little while, but it should be due within a week or two. Just make sure you are using contraception because you may be ovulating.

If it does not get here in this time frame you should call your doctor and discuss if there is any meds you can take to bring the period on, if that is a possibliity.
