Understanding Early Pregnancy Concerns: Heartbeat Rate & Fetal Growth

I'm 7 weeks pregnant?, had ultrasound yesterday and got told that the heartbeat was only 94bpm and this is a problem, and also maybe the yolk sac is continuing to grow while the fetus only grew 2.5mm in a week does this mean im going to have a miscarriage? no-one seems to be able to answer my questions and it's frustrating

At this point, there is no clear answer for you - which is why it is very frustrating, I know. In some cases, this would be a sign of an impending problem with the pregnancy. But in others, the fetus is just having a "rough spot" of sorts and will come out of it and recover and the pregnancy can progress along ok. I would assume that your doctor has scheduled you for a follow-up ultrasound in 7-14 days. At that time, you should have a clearer idea of which scenario you are looking at. Unfortunately, now it's just a "wait and see" time.
