QuestionI had my period on 2/10-2/15 2007 and it was regular. i had sex with my fiance on 2/18 and 2/19...my concerned is that i was supposed to get my period on 3/10 2007 and i have lower back pain, light headaches, abdomen pain, a little nauseous...i feel a little sick and my abdomen feel so uncountable...can this be a possibility that i could be pregnant? however i am only one day late from my period...

If you have regular 28 day cycles, you would have been expected to ovulate around 2/24. 2/18-2/19 would have been pretty early for you to have ovulated. However, sperm cells - under ideal conditions - once past the opening into the uterus, can live up to about 5 days. That's a pretty narrow window of opportunity, but it would not necessarily be impossible.
My suggestion is to wait until you have missed your period completely - the full week. If you have not gotten your period after the week is done, then go ahead and test. Make sure you use 1st morning urine to get the most concentrated sample for the most accurate results. If that would come back negative, and you continue to have the symptoms you describe, wait another week and test again. If that is also negative, you are probably not pregnant. Wait and see what the next cycle brings and try to be calm. :-)
