My husband and i are trying to have a baby but the thing is when we are intimate and he ejaculates in me his sperm tends to come out a little. It's weird because I have never had that happen to me before. Can we still become pregnant even if his sperm is dripping out of me?

Dear Turtle,

Yes, you can still conceive. In it almost inevitable that a bit of the semen will leak out. It probably did happen, but because you were not trying to conceive, you just didn't pay as close attention to it.

Try placing a pillow under your hips for about 20-30 minutes after sex to try to minimize the leakage immediately after sex. It may not eliminate this happening completely, but it should help and will get those sperm cells started in the right direction right from the start!  :-)
