QuestionI'll sum this up to the basics .. First I have extremely irregular periods .. I can
go months without having one .. 6/5 I went to the ER complaining of stomach
pains and they found I was pregnant .. They took my blood levels and they
were 106 .. I went a couple days later 6/7 or 6/8 and my levels were 435 ..
They took my first ultrasound on 6/24 and they gave me a LMP of 5/7,
conception date of 5/21 and EDD of 2/10/09 .. The measurements of the
embryo at the time was 8mm .. They all go with my blood work.. But its wierd
because I had spotting at the end of April but when I do normally have my
period it is the first week of the month which would go along with this .. I was
sexually active the 3rd of may, then again from the 14 to current .. which
would have been the date when I would have conceived .. What the
ultrasound tech told me ? How off can the first ultrasound be? It said I was
6w6d +/- 3 days .. Does this all sound correct ? What do you feel I should
believe .. Thank you .. Honestly what do you think is the dates and does the
first ultrasound work is this what I should go on ?

The first ultrasound is all you have to go on. Your periods are so irregular, that it isn't possible to given youa conception dates. You will have to get a paternity test. If you have irregular periods, you don't always ovulate or ovulate irregularly. I am sorry, I know you wanted to hear more concrete answers, but with your irregular cycles, you can't be sure of much.
