Question@9 wk's 1 day my levels are @ 284,000 i had 2 u/s & there were only 1 heart beat what should i be concerned about.

You are slightly high for 9 weeks gestation, but there is a wide range of normal. The normal range for 9 - 12 weeks from LMP is 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml. You are within the norm. If you've had two ultrasounds that showed a healthy fetus and otherwise healthy pregnancy, I would not be concerned.
At this point, relax. Try to enjoy your pregnancy. Unless your doctor voices a concern about your levels, don't try to find trouble lurking where there may be none to find! :-)
