QuestionSo im 23 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Throughout my pregnancy ive been worring that someone i didnt even have sex with could be the father. Heres the story: the first day of my last period was Sept 8th 2007. My periods are regular(28-30days)and bleeding lasts about six days. I was ending my period(day 6) and i messed around with a guy on Sept14th(late at nite like 3am) we only had oral sex and he did not ejaculate at all but his penis did rub my vagaina for a couple seconds and it did feel kindve dry. He did urinate a lot before we did that stuff and he said he didnt precum or anything but im worried he might have without realizing it. Now me and my boyfriend got back together the day after (sept 15) we did have sex and he did ejaculate in me, and we also had sex the weekend after(sept.21,and22) and he ejaculated in me those days as well. So is it even possible that the guy(guy #1) i messed around with could be the father?I most likely think my boyfriend(guy #2) is the father because we did have sex around the time i was suppose to ovulate according to my period(9/22) and he ejaculated in me every time we had sex. If this helps, i noticed my first symptoms of pregnancy around the 6th and 7th of Oct.2007 i had bad cramps like i was gonna get my period. Also i do remember being more sexually aroused on the day i shouldve been ovulating(9/22)so im not for sure but i think that is a sign of ovulation. Also even after my ultrasounds my doctor has kept my due date June 14(which is also the due date according to my last period), and he says im where im suppose to be in my pregnancy. Even after that im still worrying, Please help i been stressing about this issue my whole pregnancy and have noone to talk to about it and i dont wanna deal with paternity tests! im trying to get as many opinions so i can relax.thank you!

According to may calculations with your LMP date of 9/8/07, your estimated ovulation/conception date was 9/22 and your estimated due date is 6/14/08. So, my calculations concur with your doctor's.
Now, first of all, the chances of conception on 9/14 are very low without ejaculation AND penetration. If this had taken place during the time you had been ovulating, I would say you could not absolutely dismiss the possibility because pre-ejaculate (the little bit of semen that seeps out before actual ejaculation) could have "rubbed" off close enough to the vaginal canal to get where it needed to go. (By the way - men don't necessarily pay attention when this occurs. If they are excited or erect, there is usually pre-ejaculate.) BUT this occurred on cycle day 6 - before you would have been considered fertile. And if you had conceived on 9/14, the early ultrasound in the first trimester would have been off by a week. They wouldn't have been able to see heart activity for a week past when they expected to, measurements of the fetus would have been smaller then expected for gestational age, hCG levels would have been lower than expected for that week of pregnancy, etc,...
Given the menstrual, ultrasound, and sexual history you have given, I truly believe that the estimated conception date of 9/22 is accurate.
