QuestionGood Day, Am sajid from Pakistan. I have been married since 8 yrs. I have 2 daughters. Now after a gap of 4 yrs, we are planning to have another baby but couldn't succeed from last 4/5 months. My age 38 while spouse 30. We have been used condoms as contraceptive during this period. Please advise your expert advise to have same matured. Also we would like to have baby boy this time.

I would recommend that you go see an infertility specialist for consultation. Your chances of natural pregnancy is signficantly reduced at the age of 38, and they could also advise you on methods to try to select for a boy (gender selection). IVF would be the treatment of choice for these two problems and is the only method available for gender selection.
You do know that using a condom is to prevent pregnancy right? If you're trying for pregnancy, you should not be using it.
