Answer
Bianca,

I am so sorry that you are dealing with all of these things!  Typically pregnancy is not accompanied by bleeding, and pregnancy symptoms can be caused by so many things that they really don't mean pregnancy until you know you are pregnant and you can look back and see the changes.  Ovarian cysts can also cause some of the symptoms you are describing.  Typically, home pregnancy tests are very accurate and if taken at least one week after your period is due, are always positive if you are actually pregnant.  Now, if you were pregnant enough to cause weight gain and a swollen abdomen, you would be several months pregnant and a home test should be very positive very quickly.  Also, it is highly improbable to "feel" a baby move in the 1st trimester, especially with the first pregnancy.  The baby is just too small to feel the movements until between the 16th and 22nd week, or 4th to 5th month of pregnancy.

Your ultrasound will show if you have any cysts or abnormal uterine growths causing your symptoms.

I would guess that the negative pregnancy tests accurately diagnose that you are not pregnant.

Good luck and I hope you figure out your problem soon!
