Irregular Cycles & Negative Pregnancy Tests: Understanding Your Situation

Here is what is going on. For the past 4 cycles, i have had cycle lengths (in this order) 42, 31, 43, 36. And now I am on CD 56. I got a positive test on a clearblue digital test on CD 42. I went to have a Qual hCG done and it was neg. Then a week later I took a Quantity hCG test and it was less that 0.5. Is there still a chance that I could be pregnant or is something different going on here. They tested my hormone levels and so far the only one to come back is the test for my thyroid and it was normal. I would really love your opinion. Thank you VERY much

In my opinion, it doesn't sound good for you. Your hCg should have been higher. Your doctor would obviously be a better person to ask, since he or she knows your history. Good luck!

Sorry Jessica, I didn't mean to "freak you out". I also thought you were looking for answers and not someone to lie to you. I hope I am wrong, but you asked what I thought.
