Postpartum Bleeding and Gallbladder Issues After Premature Delivery: Seeking Medical Help

Hi,I'm 23yrs old and had 22 months daughter and 2 months son.the problem is i had a premature delivery of 27 weeks.my son is ok.before delivery i was feeling pain in upper side of my tummy,i went to doctor,they did the ultrasound and said that there are stones in my gallbladdar and give me a date for surgery after delivery.icame home and taking tylnol3 with 4 hours gap but no works.the pain getting horrible and then i wemt for emergency.i was on the bed and the doctor is coming to see me but before that i deliver the baby on the bed.my baby is good but kept in incubator for some time and then he is ok.after delivery i was still feeling pain and tell to the doc.again i did the ultrasound and then i was dignosed an appendix.so after the day of delivery i went for the ruptured appendix surgery.still pain after that.they did the CTscan for checking the abcess.then they drainout the abcess by putting a tube in my tummy for 3 days.after one month i came back to home.things going normal but again the pain start.i went to doctor....again ultrasound and the reports tell that the old gallbladdar problem.my surgeon said that its not good to do surgery so early so you dont eat spicy ,fatty food.i feel good but the problem is that i m still bleeding since from my delivery that is on 18 of august 2008.and last three days i had some clots coming frm vagina but know i'm not bleeding just the red discharge.why is this so??plz help me.im so tired from all this

What an ordeal you have been through. There is so much going on with you, I don't feel like I can tell you what is exactly going on and why you are bleeding. As tired as you are about going to the doctor for help, it sounds like you were very sick. Call your OB doctor and ask him about your bleeding. He might want to see you. Good luck!!
