Answer
Riding a bike is a non-weight bearing activity and therefore less stressful on the joints then other forms of exercise. Bike riding will also strengthen your thighs, which in many cases, cures knee pain. Aerobic exercise, like bike riding, also raises metabolism and helps with weight loss.
