Right Ovary Pain During Intercourse: Causes & Solutions

Hello I am a 24 year old female I had a liver transplant at the age of 11 everything sence as been great as far as that goes. My question is every sence I became sexually active at 16 I. Have lived with this problem if the guy goes to deep or trys to push up in me I will get a stabbing pain in my lower. Right side I would guess my right ovary if I had to pin point the pain. And I also have that issue if I try and have sex doggy style I can not have sex that way....I can have sex I can have orgasims all of that is all fine its just as I said either deep penetration or doggy style that I get that pain and only in that spot on the right side my periods are always normal and I never have female pain anywhere any other time.and I have regular once a year gyn visit and all my test have always been normal I am about to see another gyn who speciallizes in this problem but I was wanting to ask you. If it could be possible I have endeometrioses in my right ovary only? I do not have the signs of endeo however I didn't know if maybe I could have it in that ovary and maybe the only time it causes me pain is with deep penetration or doggystyle? If it isn't that do. You maybe have any ideah what it could be? Thanks

It's hard to say where endo is inside your body without having a doctor actually look at it.  Some women can have severe endo in many locations and not ever have any symptoms.  Some women have severe pain and only a particular kind of very tiny growths ("petechial") that an inexperienced doctor may miss.  It is very possible that endo lesions have attached to one ovary.  Lesions can be very nasty--they can distort your anatomy by pulling the ovary away from its normal location.  Your doctor may want to do a laparoscopy--a surgical procedure whereby s/he inserts a scope into a small incision (usually made through the navel) and looks around to see what is going on.  It is an outpatient procedure.  It is done under general anesthesia.  Good luck, and take care!
