Right Ribcage Pain During Pregnancy: Causes & Relief

I have been having some pain in my right ribcage where my bra strap is.  I had this pain with my first child, but it was later in the pregnancy.  I am 16 weeks now and have gained 2 pounds so I don't think it is a weight issue.  It isn't all the time, but it is quite annoying.  I have high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancies so I am always induced early.  I just wondered if it could be something related to high blood pressure or just a normal thing.  Thanks!

I need further information about this problem. When did it start..does it increase by movements...any relation with inspiration or cough???

Anyway..this pain does not seem to be related to pregnancy. It can be simple myositis (inflammation of muscle) and I advise you consult a rheumatolgist.
