Lower Back Pain During Pregnancy: Causes & When to Worry

Salam Alaikum,

I am 21 years old girl. I am 7 months pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I started feeling pain below my lower back. When it comes, it pains for friction of seconds and stops by itself. I dont know what is the reason for such a pain...

Is it something normal to feel such a pain or is there anything to be worried about.

Although such pain is benign in most cases and have no consequences, it may indicate that you are liable for preterm labor. This occurs in a minority of cases. Therefore, you better seek clinical examination for proper diagnosis.
