Answer
Hello, ij085,

The problem is you took some poisonous pills. The time when you took them, assuming you took them the same day as the test, is not necessarily the best time to take them. Ultrasound won't always show something that early, either. It depends on where the baby is located, relative to where they looked, among other things.

For the sickness, try sipping ginger tea or ginger ale with real sugar. Make sure you are getting some good protein when you can eat. Taking the pills could also be causing fatigue because they are toxic. The body processes toxins while you are asleep, so with extra toxins, it wants you to sleep so it can do its work.

Those pills are dangerous. A pregnant woman should never take them. If all you took was Misoprostol, you could easily still be pregnant. And you can expect to bleed or spot for weeks. You should go to a decent doctor to find out what is happening. Whoever gave you the pills cannot be trusted. Not only is this bad medicine, but they won't want to admit they harmed you. And they wouldn't want to admit it if the attempt was unsuccessful.

You deserve better than abortion. I don't know what your circumstances are (and would welcome it if you tell me), but there are better answers that are less dangerous for you. Please go see a decent doctor and let me know what he finds out. Take care. No more pills!
