QuestionHello Doctor...the date of my last period was 13th Aug 09, me and my hubby had sex from 11-15th day of my cycle...however on the 23rd day of my cycle i noticed pinkish blood on the tissue paper after i wiped myself (only once) than on the 24th evening similar thing happened (only once) followed by period like pain which was on and off.Now on the 28th day of my cycle whenever i am wiping myself with tissue i am getting reddish brown discharge and same thing today i.e. 29th day of cycle followed by abdominal pain. Am i pregnant or having a miscarriage? Please help.

The best thing to do at this point is to see your doctor and have a pregnancy test done. That will give a better idea of what is going on. There are many possibilities, including pregnancy, that can cause spotting. It is very common in the early part of pregnancy and does not necessarily mean that a miscarriage will ensue.
