hi, i had an abortion in 2008 and until a few days ago i started to get a brown discharge again. Should I be worried about this?

It would be difficult to say whether the brown discharge you are experiencing came from an abortion four years ago. If necessary to ease your concerns, you should see a doctor. Brown may mean old blood. It might mean an infection. So it wouldn't hurt to have it checked out. Other than that, nobody on the internet will be able to tell you much.
