ANSWER: Hello Mohammad from Iran,
I'm afraid that I don't have you email address from the information that is transmitted to me via this site. You will need to include it in your answer or email to my office email.
Many many patients ask me "why can't I get pregnant." However, this is not answerable without doing a complete infertility evaluation. There are nine steps the body goes through in order to achieve pregnancy. An infertility evaluation checks each one of these steps. The information you have given me is only two pieces of information in this whole process. I'm sorry but I can't give you a more specific answer.

ANSWER: Hello Again,
I'm sorry but your email address was removed by the program, but I don't respond directly to email's via this site. Having a small uterus is not a problem as long as it is formed normally and has normal function. In order to know if you wife can get pregnant or not, you would have to go through an infertility evaluation to test each step of the process that the body goes through in order to become pregnant. There are 8 tests:
1. Cycle day #2 or 3 hormone panel: FSH, LH, Prolactin, TSH, Estradiol.
2. Pelvic ultrasound.
3. Semen analysis.
4. Hysterosalpingogram (HSG)- to check the tubes
5. Hysteroscopy - check the uterine cavity
6. Laparoscopy - check the pelvis and surrounding structures
7. Cycle day # 20,21 or 22 Mid-luteal phase progesterone level.
8. Cycle day # 25, 27 or 28 endometrial biopsy for dating.
These are the basic tests that are done. Please keep in mind that this site is not a personal consultation service. It is a public question and answer service. It does not take the place of a medical consultation with a specialist. It's purpose is to help you understand your situation. So, if your wife is having problems getting pregnant, you need to see an infertility specialist.

QUESTION: HEllo again and thanks because of your fast ,correct and really answers to my qustions.
Thanks for your fast answering to my quistion.
May I know is any way to make my wifes uterus size , standard ( it was 42 * 23 *14 mm ).
Indeed, if my wifes uterus gets bigger , it can strew 'Undoderm' to begin Period blood . isn't it?
AnswerHello again,
I can see that your wife has a "small" uterus. That could mean that it is underdeveloped and therefore not functional. I am presuming that this is the issue. Despite the size, if the uterus functions normally, that is has periods each month, then it is highly possible that she can become pregnant. I had a similar patient who was told that she had an "infantile" uterus (underdeveloped). However, she was able to become pregnant and carry the pregnancy to term. So, what needs to be done is to see if her uterine cavity is normal, by hysteroscopy, and then to put her through a birth control pill cycle (which over-rides the ovaries and stimulates the uterus) using a 30 mcg estrogen pill. This will tell you if her uterus can develop an adequate uterine lining. Intermittent ultrasound should be done during the cycle to measure the endometrial lining. If she can make a normal lining, then she can get pregnant as long as all the other parts are working correctly i.e. the ovaries ovulation and the tubes are open. If by being "underdeveloped" the uterine lining does NOT function correctly, then this is irreversable, and can only become pregnant using a surrogate. Sorry for my previous misunderstanding of your question.
Good Luck,
