Question"my girlfriends last period is march 22 2006, and were expecting her period on
april 18 2006, but she is not regular every 28 days. she usually have her period
every 31st day. but until now her period doesnt come,,she took a home
pregnancy test on april 25 2006, the result were negative,, then on april 29 2006
we go to a hospital for another urine pregnancy test then it was examine on the
laboratory.. after 30 mins. the result are also negative..whats the difference
between home pregnancy test and the hospitals pregnancy test in the laboratory..
both specimen used were urine... we have not sex for 2 months then we have sex
last month..would that be a factor and make her prone on pregnancy.. is she pregnant? how can
we know if she is pregnant? is the hospitals preg test accurate? whats more
accurate between the 2 preg test? if we go to an obgyne what will the obgyne
do..can the obgyne tell if my gf is pregnant?pls answer us because we dont have

AnswerIf two pregnancy tests were negative, it is doubtful that she is pregnant. If you still have doubts, take two blood tests for pregnancy (Beta HCG) twice, 48 hours apart. If there is a doubling of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a viable pregnancy. If both values are less than 5, she is definitely not pregnant.
