Postpartum Pregnancy Concerns: Understanding Fertility After Childbirth

My wife is nursing our new baby of almost 3 months since she gave birth I av not had sex with her until yesterday and I did not use any preventive and we have 2 boys now which we get only when I don't wear condom to have sex with her.I'm scared she won't be pregnant, our baby is still small.what can she do to stop the sperm been fertilised? I need urgent response , thanks.

Try not to be too upset or stressed. Most of the time, she will not get pregnant if nursing. If she is pregnant, the baby will already be growing.
