QuestionI am currently 20 days past my retrieval and doing well. Hcg is rising well but I am concerned with the Progesterone levels. On the 14dpt, day of pregnancy test) the levels came at 39, then the following monday, 18dpt, they went down to 26 and now 2 days later it is 25. I am on the shot nightly and the doctors say not to worry. I just wanted to get a second opinion on whether I need to be concerned since the numbers are steadily going down.

The decreasing levels is a little concerning, and I agree that I don't like the pattern. The levels are still okay, however. My recommendation would be to either increase the dose you are giving by injection, or better, would be to add vaginal progesterone such as Crinone or Endometrin.
